How to add a Group?

A Group (Business, Company or department, etc) that is operating in your building, can be added from the Recipients section of the web dashboard.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go into the Recipients section of the web dashboard.
  2. Tap on the Add button in blue on the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap on Group.
  4. Type in the name of the Group, which is mandatory. The rest of the fields are optional.
  5. You can also add Group Alias if the group has multiple names.
  6. Once done, tap on Save Group.
