A Group (Business, Company or department, etc) that is operating in your building, can be added from the Recipients section of the web dashboard.
Follow the steps below:
- Go into the Recipients section of the web dashboard.
- Tap on the Add button in blue on the top right corner of the screen.
- Tap on Group.
- Type in the name of the Group, which is mandatory. The rest of the fields are optional.
- You can also add Group Alias if the group has multiple names.
- Once done, tap on Save Group.
